  • Does having permanent makeup hurt?
I use top of the line anesthetics to numb the areas we will be working on. You should not feel more than a pressure sensation during the procedure. An important factor to remember is that I will instruct you several times not to consume caffeine and or alcoholic beverages the evening before and the day of the procedure. Caffeine and alcohol hinder the anesthetics numbing effect.
  • Where are you located?
I am located at 907 E Broad Street, Forney, TX 75123 (In the SkinSence MediSpa Building)
  • Are there any aftercare instructions?
Yes!!!! Depending on what permanent cosmetic procedure you have done there are specific aftercare instructions to follow. You can find those on the website, I will also be sending those to you through text and email. The day of the procedure I will give you written instructions along with any products you will need.
  • What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Things happen, I know this. If you need to cancel or reschedule a 72-hour notice is requested. To best serve all of my clients and protect the integrity of my schedule, the following policies are in place regarding cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, and no-shows: Cancellations/Rescheduling: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 75% of the total appointment fee. Same-Day Rescheduling & Late Arrivals: Any rescheduling on the same day of service will be charged 100% of the scheduled fee. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time will be considered a same-day reschedule and charged 100% of the scheduled fee. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee. Additionally, a new booking retainer must be made, and the next appointment must be paid in full in advance before being placed back on the schedule. I sincerely apologize for the need to implement such a strict policy. However, due to a recent increase in late shows and no-shows, this has become necessary to protect my time and income as a service provider. I value your time and always strive to begin your appointment promptly at the scheduled time—please extend the same respect for mine.
  • Can I bring kids?
While I am a great lover of children, children are not allowed during your appointment. This time should be all about you!!! If we are having to take snack and bathroom breaks your experience will not be as appealing as it could be. Besides this gives you the chance to get away from life and everyday occurrences for a short while.
  • Do I have to make a booking retainer/deposit?
YES!!! Everyone scheduling permanent makeup procedures must make a $75 booking retainer to be placed on the schedule.
  • When do I have to make my booking retainer?
Booking retainers are taken at the time of scheduling you initial visit.
  • What happens to my booking retainer if I need to move or cancel my appointment?
BOOKING RETAINERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. I understand that sometimes things happen. If you need to reschedule your appointment, I will accommodate you in every possible way and your retainer will be applied appropriately. If you just decide to cancel without rescheduling your booking retainer will be forfeited due to the fact, I have already scheduled you a large amount of time and may not be able to fill that gap.
  • I have had work done before, Do I get perfection and annual color enhancement pricing?"
Unfortunately, No. RETOUCHING ANOTHER ARTISTS WORK does not mean my touch up prices are good for your service. ALL new clients are considered new clients for me so it would be the full process including new procedure and touch up cost. A consultation appoint is strongly recommended if you are coming from another artist so we can discuss your desires and expectations.
  • Can I work out after having a permanent cosmetic procedure?
You must be willing to not workout for 5 days after procedure and not sweat for that time frame as well. Salt is a natural way to lift and remove pigment. Sweating before the ink has a chance to solidify in the skin can result in poor retention. Please take into consideration when booking.
  • What if I choose to not do permanent cosmetics again?
No worries the pigment is designed to fade gradually off of the skin. I use the highest quality ink in my industry. This is tried and test to be the most ideal pigment for your face.
